Behind the success of most small business, there is a family.

​Ours is Brooke, Shaun and little Hunter, with our Border Collie 'Mack' and a Labrador named Stella.
There are a couple of cats as well, but they don't contribute much.

Rounding out the team are Peter and Darren - both of whom we're proud to have representing our business and bringing various valuable skills to play integral roles in our day to day success.

Shaun has over 20 years experience in the earthmoving and landscaping industry, with a diverse background of other skills and knowledge including mechanics, water infrastructure rehabilitation and road profiling and surfacing. His skill operating a vast array of machines has him very highly regarded by many in the industry, and he is often called upon to teach newer operators or give advice to other landscapers and earthmovers.
Shaun as both an operator and supervisor is a perfectionist and will not leave a job until he is satisfied that he would be happy with the quality of the same work on his own property. With Shaun, you can be confident that you are getting one of the best in the business and can rely on ongoing advice and support.

Brooke's background is probably even more diverse than Shaun's, but focuses more on you - the customer. With prior experience ranging from personal training and psychology right through to getting over 500 dogs and their owners organised enough to break a world record, Brooke knows how to set goals, find out exactly what you want and make sure you receive it. More than 5 years of administrative experience in the construction & civil industry prior to obtaining her builder's licence and opening Dig By Design means that organising your schedule, communicating information, building relationships with quality suppliers and ensuring only the best contractors for your work is guaranteed. Our aim is to make sure that you are involved in the process every step of the way and feel like you're not only completely satisfied with the final product, you're part of the extended Dig By Design family alongside all the happy customers before you.
